If You Can’t Travel to a Foreign Country . . .

I remember when I was in my 20’s and 30’s I would get together with a good friend of mine occasionally for dinner. Back then I pretty much only ate American, Italian, and various forms of seafood. But one time, after we hadn’t eaten out together in a while, I surprised her. When she asked where I wanted to eat. I told her we had a new, Greek restaurant in town that was pretty good.

Since my younger days I’ve eaten Mexican, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, French, Polynesian, and Belgian, and am still willing to step out of the “American Zone” to try something new.

So, if you can’t travel to another country, “travel” to a restaurant with a foreign flavor!
