With the exception of getting up early for a couple of tours, my days have started with waking up at around 7:00 am. It’s been nice to slowly wake up to a nice view and not with an alarm while it’s still dark out! After breakfast on the balcony, I go out for my morning.

Maintaining Weight While Traveling

As of this morning I am 4.9 pounds away from my goal weight. Over the last year and a few months, I’ve worked hard and have lost 24 pounds. But . . . my two-week trip to Hawaii (with a weekend tour immediately following) is coming up soon, and I don’t want to gain back.
