Was it worth the endless flights to get to Bali and back home? I’m going to say yes, I’m glad I went! It was beautiful, and for sure very interesting, and I saw and experienced a lot of things that I wouldn’t see in the US, and it was really nice when the immigration guy in.

Today a few of us hired a driver and went to the Bali Bird Sanctuary, had lunch, and did a little bit of shopping before returning to the hotel where I went out to enjoy the pool and beach one last day. Dinner tonight was at a restaurant called Balinique. The peach colored Cockatoo below.

I started my day, as usual, with way too much breakfast at the buffet. Hard to resist, it’s so good. They have fresh squeezed juice in any combination you want. I’ve been getting pineapple and orange. After eating too much I went on my morning walk on the beach. Today, though, I walked all the.

Bali Day 6

Today we took a boat cruise to the island of Nusa Penida. The boat tied up to a large pontoon where we could go snorkeling, banana boating, use the water slide, or take another boat over to the island. I took the boat over to the island where there was a small amount of shopping.
