Dog on a Roof??

I guess you can see pretty unusual things right in your own neighborhood. I was out for a walk the other night and I came across a dog standing on a garage roof! The homeowner was not outside, but a neighbor appeared and I asked him if he thought his neighbor knew that their dog.
